How long until my order ships?
In stock orders leave our facility within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays. You receive a confirmation email at purchase and a tracking email once the carrier collects the shipment.
Do desks and chairs arrive assembled?
Most desks ship flat packed with the hardware, the panels and printed instructions in the carton. Chairs usually need the base, casters and seat joined together. Assembly time is short with two people and a clear floor.
What does the warranty cover?
Eligible desks and chairs carry a 3 year warranty on the frame and mechanism against defects in materials and workmanship under normal household or office use. Wear on upholstery and finishes from everyday use is not covered.
Which chair height suits my desk?
As a starting point, aim for elbows level with the desk top and both feet flat on the floor. Send us your desk height and your own height at support@betterworksetup.shop and we will tell you whether a given chair range reaches it.
Do you ship outside the United States?
We ship within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. Large freight items cannot be delivered to PO boxes. If you need a quote for another destination, contact us before ordering.
